Choosing your Disc Repair Machine

We currently offer 2 different JFJ Disc Repair Machines. We believe we have a machine for you whether you just want to maintain your personal collection or run a business selling or repairing discs. This short guide should help you decide on which machine best fits your requirements, if you have any further questions please contact us help@adzdistribution.co.uk

JFJ Easy Pro

This is by far our best selling machine and is suitable for home and small business use. It is recommended for customers who want to repair up to an average of 50 discs per week. It can repair anything from a deep gauge to a finger print.  This machine is suitable for all disc types including Blu-Ray / PS1 Black Discs (may not return it to a like new finish – Eyecon Machine recommended for these), a separate attachment can be purchased for Gamecube type discs.  It is a 3 Step machine for deep scratches, 2 steps for medium scratches & 1 step for light scratches.  It takes around 3 minutes to repair a badly damaged disc, 2 minutes for medium and 1 minute or less for a lightly scratched disc. The starter pack included with the machine has enough supplies to repair around 100 discs.  It comes with a 1 year manufactures warranty and a 30 day money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with the results.

Repair costs come in at between 10p and 16p per disc. (for medium damaged discs).

JFJ Eyecon Mini Machine

The Eyecon Mini is the latest machine from JFJ.  This is a 1 step machine making operation very quick and simple with very little polish residue to clean up afterwards, discs can look like new in as little as 15 seconds.  The Blu-Ray Max formula it uses gives the best finish possible to Blu-Ray discs.  The polishing compound used with this machine is less abrasive than that used with the other JFJ machines making it less suitable for repairing badly damaged discs.  This machine is ideal for customers such as Libraries or rental stores for maintaining stock, if you anticipate having to repair lots of badly damaged discs then probably one of the other JFJ machines may be a better option.  We have had great results using the Eyecon along side our regular JFJ machine and have found this saves time and further reduces the cost of repairs.  The starter pack included with the machine contains enough supplies to clean / repair 1500 discs.

Repair costs come in at between 2p and 4p per disc. (for lightly damaged discs).

We no longer stock the machines below but thought I would include them in this post anyway as we stock the consumables.

JFJ Professional Single Arm Machine (Discontinued)

This machine is intended for business customers. This machine uses similar technology to the Easy Pro but is built in such a way that it can keep going for longer. It has a metal construction and a stronger motor than the Easy Pro and is designed to stand the test of time, we are still currently using our original 2006 model without it needing a single repair or service. It is therefore recommended for customers repairing more than 5o discs per week. It uses the same process as the Easy Pro so repair times are similar, it uses thicker pads so repair costs are lower. The starter pack included with the machine has enough supplies to repair around 500 discs.

Repair costs come in at between 5p and 10p per disc. (for medium damaged discs).

JFJ Professional Double Arm Machine

This machine has all the features of the Single Arm Machine but in addition it has 2 disc arms allowing it to repair 2 discs at once. This is ideal for high volume business customers. The starter pack included with the machine has enough supplies to repair around 1000 discs.

Repair costs come in at between 5p and 10p per disc. (for medium damaged discs).

I found this great review for the Easy Pro by one of our customers.
